Peran Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Malang Dalam Memberikan Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Orang Dengan Masalah Kejiwaan (Odmk) Yang Mengalami Pemasungan (Studi Di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Malang)

Abstract

People With Mental Problems (ODMK) are part of the people in normally who have the same rights as everyone else. Many of those who are experiencing psychiatric problems and then shackled by their families. These condition that make the government assign tasks to the Social Service Malang to prepare them so that later was ready to return to society and can do a job like everyone else. The purpose of this study was to determine the role and constraints of Social Service Malang in handling People With Psychiatric Problems (ODMK) were shackled. Types of research used by the author is juridical empirical approach to the study of the effectiveness of the law. The type of data used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Meotode qualitative descriptive analysis. People With Mental Problems (ODMK) has been widely available in the development of both medical treatment and social rehabilitation. with the instructions of the Governor of East Java, the governor held a program “free deprivation” by District Social Service Malang and targeting that 2015 is free deprivation. All costs of medical treatment and social rehabilitation financed by the government through the Regional Health Insurance (JAMKESDA) East Java through the Regional Budget (APBD) of East Java Province.
